Jazz:  All of our jazz classes are taught with correct terminology and positioning.  Jazz includes leaping, turning, and quick movements.

Hip Hop:  Hip Hop is a funkier version of our jazz classes.  Hip hop is a blend of street dance and music video style movements.  It is a very energetic and quick class.

Ballet:  Ballet technique can be applied to all dance forms and is therefore very important!  Terminology, technique and proper positioning all are a focus in ballet classes.

Pointe:  Pointe classes will only be given once a student reaches maturity physically as well as having achieved  a certain level in ballet classes.

Lyrical:  Lyrical is a cross between jazz and ballet.  It is very free flowing and free form allowing a lot of expression of movement.

Acrobatics:  In acrobatics, you will become stronger, more flexible and more agile while learning basic floor tumbling skills, progressing to the much harder handspring and eventually to working without using hands.

Tap:  Tap is using your feet to make or accompany music.

Cheerleading: In Cheerleading, you will develop the strength and agility needed to perform complex and precise formations as well as acrobatic skills.

Adult Classes:  Adults are welcome to join in any of the group classes, but for those who prefer adult only, we do have specialized Jazz, Tap & Ballet classes.

Workshop Classes:  These classes are for those students who want to push themselves.

Class will consist of 45 minutes of Jazz & 45 minutes of Ballet.

Mommy & Me:  This class focuses on the little ones who still need help with basic motor skills.  We will work on developing these through stretching, tumbling, hopping and learning to use our body.

Predance 1:  Predance 1 offers a fundamental view of the building blocks of tap, jazz, ballet and acrobatics.  We have put together an hour of fun, excitement, games, and creative learning, all set to music.  Little ones will tap, twirl, skip and flip to their hearts content. Ages 2-3

Predance 2:  Predance 2 is a step above preschool 1, in this class, we will again focus on the basic building blocks of  jazz, ballet and acrobatics, but then take it a step further into more complicated movements meant to strengthen technique as well as bodies.  All classes are set to fun, exciting and age appropriate music!  Ages 3-4

Predance 3: Predance 3 is a continuation of what we have learned in the preschool classes.  Focus in this class will be jazz and acrobatics. Ages 5-7
